Kavita Shukla founded Fenugreen, a social enterprise established at addressing global food supply spoilage with a simple innovation, Freshpaper, a paper infused with edible, organic botanical extracts, a product inspired by her grandmother.
Her grandmother used to whip up spice concoctions, and with these mixtures, she later learned that some of its spices inhibit the growth of common bacteria around the kitchen. Fenugreen’s mission is to boost access to fresh, nutritious food, and improve the lives of farmers and communities around the world.
