Entrepreneurs Unlocked, a Bolton-based social enterprise, has received National Lottery funding to expand its mentoring program to 200 prison inmates in the Northwest.
Since its 2019 launch, Entrepreneurs Unlocked has provided entrepreneurial training and support to prisoners and probationers in Manchester, Cheshire, and Merseyside.
The new funding will enable roll-out of skills exploration sessions, self-employment courses, and construction and entrepreneurship programs to prisons in Lancashire and Cumbria.
