The youth earn valuable life skills through mentorship, a key component in the social enterprise model. These social enterprises engage youth in training boot-camps and counselling, while receiving profits in return from their respective businesses.
This model is a solution “which proves everyone can win: businesses, taxpayers, and most importantly, youth-at-risk who otherwise might spend the rest of their lives living on the streets.”
