Airbnb, the San Francisco-based online marketplace and hospitality service brokerage company, is offering a tour of its headquarters with a company employee as a tour guide.
The $24 tour offer first appeared on the site in late 2017 and is considered as one of Airbnb’s 30,000 “Experiences” listings.
Airbnb visitors can opt for either a day-time tour or a night-time option with dinner on campus. They will be asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement before the tour.
Visitors also will get a glimpse about the company’s culture and philosophy in 1.5 hours.
According to Jessemin Sheyda-Losick, Airbnb’s social impact experiences lead, the tours provide visitors the opportunity to get a view on where the Airbnb team works to achieve their mission where anyone can belong and to learn more about nonprofits making a difference in the world.
Airbnb’s social impact experiences enable hosts to partner with nonprofits to create meaningful interactions for local and global causes.
Whether you’re a volunteer, employee, or community member of a registered nonprofit, you can create an experience that supports your cause. Nonprofits must be registered with the company’s validation partners.
Airbnb is now accepting hosting applications nationwide.
